Now in our eighth year, Groovy Girls Lacrosse Camp teaches lacrosse skills to beginning, emergent, and advanced players entering grades one through eight. The sport of lacrosse has taken off in the Northwest and our camp offers girls the opportunity to gain a solid skill base in this fun and challenging sport. We offer plenty of scrimmage opportunities in a positive and supportive environment.

Come learn basic stick skills and offensive and defensive techniques that girls can apply to game situations. Our experienced coaches teach beginners the fundamentals of the game and help advanced players refine their skills. Girls will be grouped into teams and matched with coaches based on age and experience.

The sessions will focus on:
• Stick Skills
• Ground-Ball Pickups
• Cradling

• Passing
• Catching

• Shooting
• Goalie Clinic
• Scrimmages
• Defensive & Offensive Strategies

Our Coaches

Groovy Girls is fortunate to have a talented group of coaches from the greater Seattle area. All are gifted lacrosse players and innovative teachers who infuse campers with a love of lacrosse while creating a supportive and fun-filled environment.
